The location is ideal. Sainsbury's is across the street, providing convenient access. The bed was quite comfortable, with many mirrors and plug sockets in the room. I found the automated check-in and check-out process very easy and efficient. The hotel decor is beautifully colourful.
There is no kettle in the room. Instead, the hotel provides a communal tea and coffee area.

The premises have a central hot drink station on each floor. This station has coffee machines. The hotel included a bar with a limited range of alternatives. The hotel also has a lobby area that I found cozy.

Check-in and check-out were easy using an automated system, streamlining the process. I asked at reception about the lack of milk, and she offered assistance. The staff are friendly and also helpful.

The hotel is in a very good location. It is within walking distance of many major attractions and sites. Manchester Arndale is within easy walking distance, including many restaurants nearby.

The bar area lacked variety. It seemed they had run out of several popular beer options. The television in my room was also unreliable. It worked only sporadically. These issues, though minor, affected my overall stay. I did expect a more seamless experience.

I appreciated the attentive staff. They were helpful when I contacted them through WhatsApp. The hotel's proximity to restaurants proved convenient.
The room seemed smaller than the photos suggested. Moving around felt tight. I also missed having a wash cloth available within the room.

lobby discountwall bedwater pipe noise
The lobby bar provided a 15% discount after 12am upon showing my room key. This was acceptable.
The king size bed was pushed against the wall, restricting access on one side. noise from water pipes in other rooms was disruptive, especially during the night. a group partying next door kept me awake until the early hours. There was no phone in the room to contact reception.
